Since we began, LA Secure Transport Ltd has been committed to one thing above all else, supporting vulnerable adults with professionalism, compassion, and dignity. Our secure transport service has taken us into the homes and lives of some of the most complex and vulnerable individuals across England, working alongside NHS trusts, local authorities, and mental health services every day.
Expanding into domiciliary care is a natural and deeply considered next step. It allows us to extend that same commitment to people in their own homes, not just during a journey, but as a consistent, trusted presence in their daily lives.
What Our Domiciliary Care Service Offers
Our personal care service supports adults who need help with everyday tasks at home, including:
- Personal hygiene, washing, bathing, grooming, and oral care
- Dressing and continence support
- Medication prompting and administration
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Moving and handling with appropriate equipment
- Companionship and emotional wellbeing
- Support for individuals with mental health conditions, dementia, or complex needs
Every service user receives an individual care plan, developed through a thorough assessment and reviewed regularly to ensure their needs are always being met.
Led by a Qualified Registered Nurse
Our domiciliary care service is overseen by our Registered Manager, Lawrence Oyelami, a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an MSc in Nursing with Distinction from the University of Hertfordshire. With a background in community mental health, crisis intervention, and domiciliary care delivery, Lawrence brings the clinical knowledge and leadership experience to ensure our service is safe, effective, and truly person-centred.
Regulated by the Care Quality Commission
Our domiciliary care service is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) under Regulated Activity: Personal Care (RA1). This means we are held to the same high standards as any registered care provider in England, giving you and your family complete confidence in the care we deliver.

Our domiciliary care service is open to:
- Older adults who need support to remain independent at home
- Adults with physical disabilities or long-term health conditions
- Individuals with mental health needs or dementia
- Adults requiring short-term support following a hospital discharge
- Anyone who simply needs a little extra help at home
